How do I contact you for help or personal recommendations?

We are here to help you! So, if you have any questions or are after some personalised recommendations make sure you reach out to us!

For recommendations, you can send us photos or descriptions of your space and/or what you’re after. While we feature around 40 amazing artists here, our network is much larger and we’ll do our best to find a piece you’ll love! Can I get a piece commissioned?

Found an artist you love and want to work with them on a bespoke piece? Get in touch on WhatsApp here or at [email protected] and we’ll get it organised!

Do you offer framing?

We are happy to make framing recommendations or get something framed for you. You can contact us before or after your purchase if you’d like to have something framed.

How do I know these pieces are authentic?

All artworks are accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity and will come directly from the artist.

Is it secure to shop with you?

All transactions are processed through Stripe’s secure SSL technology, which keeps your payment details safe. 

How do I pay in installments?

We have two payment options which offer interest-free installments. 

For customers in Mexico, Meses Sin Intereses is offered and is available for the following banks: Afirme, American Express, BanBajío, Bancoppel, Banjercito, BBVA, Banca Mifel, Banco Azteca, Banco Famsa, Banco Invex, Banco Multiva, Banorte, Banregio, Citibanamex, Falabella, Hey Banco, HSBC, Inbursa, Liverpool, NanoPay, Nubank, RappiCard, Santander and Scotiabank. You can pay in 6-month installments for purchases equal to or over MX$5,000 and in 9-month installments for purchases equal to or over MX$17,000.

For customers in the UK or US and for purchases equal to or over US$/GB£1,000, you can pay in 10 monthly payments, interest-free through Art Money. To find out more about Art Money, visit their website.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. For customers ordering from outside of Mexico, please take into consideration additional duties and taxes that may apply.

How do you determine shipping costs?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Shipping costs are based on the artwork’s volume, location and your delivery address and value (due to inclusion of insurance). Works which are smaller and which can be rolled (e.g. canvas can be rolled while wood can’t) will cost less to ship while larger works and those which will require boxes/crating will cost more to ship. 

What taxes and duties do I have to pay?

A 16% sales tax is included in the prices displayed on LaSala. All international orders are subject to custom, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by your local government. As the recipient, you are solely responsible for any of these charges.

When will my artwork be delivered?

All orders will be shipped within 5 working days (usually faster). Once your order has been placed and confirmed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, with a tracking number if applicable. If you need urgent shipping, please contact us at [email protected] or +52 55 3241 6628.

What is your return policy?

Due to the fragile nature of artworks and the increased risk of damage to them in the delivery process, all sales should be considered final unless any of the following unfortunately applies, in which case a solution will be offered through our money-back guarantee: 

  • Details in the listing are meaningful incorrect 
  • A work is declared lost or damaged in shipment by the shipping company

If any of these apply, please contact us immediately (within 24-48 hours) so we can resolve as soon as possible. This is to ensure any loss or damage can be covered by the courier’s insurance policy and so that, if we don’t hear from you, we can consider your sale final and ensure the artists receive payment as soon as possible.

The following are not covered by our money-back guarantee:

  • Slight differences in color or dimensions
  • The shipping company is delayed
  • Unpaid customers and duties that are the responsibility of the buyer
